Blog Fiction
is a term coined for a blog written from the perspective of a fictional character. It’s a structure that lends itself to some interesting reality-bending when the story takes place in real time, publishing comments about real life stuff as they’re actually happening. I’ve written two such projects.
From 2010 to 2011, I wrote as a paranoid rock drummer rebelling against the software that starts to control his life:

Managing Downtime
The not-so-epic battle of lowlife and high tech
And from 2007 to 2008, I blogged the life of a man who discovers he has what he believes is a super power but finds it doesn’t come with great responsibility after all:
The Flying Guy
A Superhero for the Real World
