Darren invested early in the Dude's system. He started his career in computers a long time ago as a rebel against the systems they had at the time, but he's not a young man anymore. He has money and comfort and things to lose. He doesn't feel the need to cover his shiny bald scalp with a toupee. He's actually pretty cool, for a sellout. I don't totally know how to feel about that, but it's dangerous to trust those kinds of guys.
