AKA "Oscar"

I'm 29 years old, 5'7", 165 pounds, less of that muscle than it used to be. Most of my relatives were originally from Bolivia and Peru, but I grew up in San Francisco speaking almost entirely English, and the only real connection I have to my heritage are the stories my mom told me about the Andes Mountains before she died.

The coolest thing I was ever a part of is being a very loud drummer for Effective Disorder, a punk band that got a pretty notorious reputation up and down the West Coast, until our singer died. It wasn't until after I started working for the system that I realized I had to save the world from it.

At first, he seemed like a grouchy monster, dirty as someone living in a garbage can, but he's not Oscar the Grouch. He's more like a different Muppet, one that plays the drums.
